Shipping Policy

Order processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During busy periods, processing may take longer. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping destinations

  • We ship internationally.

  • If your country/region isn’t available at checkout, it means we’re currently unable to ship there.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Prices on our store are shown in AUD unless stated otherwise.

Delivery timeframes (allow up to two weeks)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 14 days (two weeks) from dispatch for your order to arrive.

Delivery can take longer due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, and/or customs processing for international orders.

Tracking

  • Where available, tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking updates can take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country.

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs (unless we clearly state otherwise) and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

Damaged items (report within 7 days)

Please inspect your order on arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at coueddles@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

We’ll assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution (replacement or refund, depending on the situation).

Lost or delayed parcels

  • If your parcel has not arrived, please first allow the full 14 days from dispatch.

  • If it still hasn’t arrived after that, email us at coueddles@gmail.com and we’ll help you investigate with the carrier.

Returns & refunds

Returns are handled according to our Returns Policy published on our website. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and original shipping fees are not refundable.
