Refund policy
Returns Policy (30 Days)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it (unused)

In its original packaging, including protective materials

Returned in a way that protects the poster from damage (for example, in the original tube/rigid packaging)

Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
We may refuse a return if the item is returned damaged, creased, torn, marked, water-damaged, or packaged in a way that could reasonably cause damage in transit.

Photos (required if your item is damaged/defective or you received the wrong item)
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you return instructions, including the return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return address: For privacy and security, we do not publish our residential return address. If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the eligibility requirements above.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Original shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Damages, defects, or wrong item received (report within 7 days)
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at coueddles@gmail.com with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, and we’ll provide return instructions as needed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on:
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
International orders and EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging. Change-of-mind return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the ACL, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
